Tons of Chicago history within status quo practices of the last 70 years of political parsing. Also definition focus fo the BLM results of 2018-20 period. And reality of murder attrition in South, Southwest, West areas. The why and the how especially. Surprised me with data of exodus numbers and group percentages right now as compared to a decade ago or 2 years ago. Too dire to read straight off- giving it a pause.
