I'm just not enjoying this, despite being excited for it. The whole "Desi can't have a crush on me" storyline is ridiculous, every other thought Desi has is about sex (annoying considering he wasn't set up to be that vapid in the last books) and Trip's "I feel like it's disrespectful to mom" mindset is childish and frustrating. After reading some reviews, it seems like it only gets worse. Time of DNF 17%

Might as well finish it now! It’s an easy read.

There’s a big chance I’m gonna give up on this due to Desi being a literal toddler the first time he meets Wyatt!
