There’s a really interesting comment in Chapter 1 where they ask “why were veteran homelessness rates the only genre of homelessness that got any political attention last election cycle”… I sort of wonder if that’s because the median Anglo-(American) mind views homelessness as a personal moral failing, and simultaneously views veterans as morally infallible… much to think about there

Lay people without a handle on basic stats are not reading this… you can use actual stats :)
