Status Updates From The Raw Shark Texts

<- “some stuff” being character dynamics. I really don’t care for Eric as a protag but obviously there’s not much you can do with a guy who doesn’t remember himself. Clio and Scout are both written exactly how you’d assume a male author would write women I just kinda roll my eyes . I find the Ward stuff really neat though!!! I wish it wasn’t so character fixated bcs … well…I don’t really like them

So far it’s 3.25 I think. I enjoy a lot of the concepts but it kind of drags .. im not a fan of any of the characters besides aunty Ruth and Ian tbh ,,. It’s not a bad book it’s just bogged down a bit by some stuff

I am So Confused . I wonder if scout is like. The end result of Eric trying to bring back Clio with Trey . Obviously he doesn’t remember & neither does the first Eric. . Obviously there’s some kind of deeper connection there. Maybe she’s something like Nobody is and that’s why she knows so much?:!!3 idk

Yes. My questions
- what exactly happened to Clio on the trip
- who’s the caller
- what is the dr all about where’s he
- the unspace committee???? Where are they
- why did eric let the shark eated him in the first place. I wonder if it was to forget her on purpose then he forgot he wanted to forget. Idk

I think that it

holy sheit. I don’t really know what to say.. it’s weird seeing straight couples the clio stuff is prob my least favorite bits of the book but only bcuz it’s always so sex focused. I really don’t care we could do without that! But whatever ! It’s fun besides that I’m enjoying that very excited to go back to my stupid box and read what the call’s all about . Do i have any questions wait

Hi

this book is so good.. sigh. I didn’t realize it’d be an actual creature? Not physical but like. What’s the word. An organism i guess. I love this

The dialogue between clio and Eric is kind of unbearable

I’m really intrigued so far :3. Zoinked. It’s good. I’m super curious about the first Eric how is he so aware?? I wonder if it’s a scifi ish thing . Time travel or whatever idk
