Status Updates From Winds of Numa Sera, Volume 1

I love fantasy comics <3

I can’t wait to see more of this story and the world of Ethera and where fate takes Lelia, Kelesandra, Krill and Sjorsja. (Mainly Lelia I want to see more of her and all the political intrigue is just delicious). It seems like this story and world are really well thought out. I’m really looking forward to seeing more of this!!!! I liked the art okay, so for this volume it’s 3-3.5 stars.

I liked this, I went into it thinking it was a one-and-done story but (apparently!) it’s just the first volume (which I’m really grateful for). Rarely do we see an epic fantasy graphic novel that takes its time with the world and the characters, it’d be a disservice to wrap it all up in 224 pages. So as a first volume setting up the pieces and laying out the groundwork for what’s to come it was enjoyable!
