I skimmed only a little, and only during the scenes where Forrest is with Alex. The amnesia thankfully didn't last for long, and it's a credit to the author that they managed to make it all work without people thinking Forrest had entirely lost his mind.

I am reading this sequel out of sheer morbid curiosity, because I hate nothing more than a sequel that fucks with an established HEA. So far, what's promised in the blurb hasn't happened yet, so I'm a little antsy to get this over with. Trying very hard not to skim.
