I understand where the author is trying to go with this, however the first chapter feels like a sales pitch to use their 'headspace' app, which I had downloaded separately to reading this book.
At 25% in, I'm still deciding if I want to finish this book. I'm all for self help books but this feels a little preachy, rather than taking us on a journey. Maybe I was expecting one thing & it's delivering something else
