Status Updates From The Last White Man

I can’t recall the last time I read something that really didn’t have a plot. Anders goes to work. Anders comes home. Oona comes to visit Anders. They smoke a joint. They talk. Then they don’t talk. Then they have sex. Oona goes home to visit her mother who is sort of crazy. Then everything happens again. And again. My brain is pretty numb at this point but I hate putting books in the DNF shelf.

Not sure if I’ll be able to finish this one. The author uses about 150 words in every sentence, making it extremely hard to follow and just plain annoying. According to Google this is the writing style for all of his works.

Absolutely love the premise of this book
