Damn this is so good Im spending shabbos by my grandparents and had to force myself to put the book down to spend time with them

Every single story so far has been incredible. How come nobody told me the first 2 stories in this were connected to Go Tell It On The Mountain!! Makes me love that book even more

After the first two stories here I thought I had an idea of the vague menacing that would shadow Baldwin's characters throughout. Wrong. Nothing vague about story three. Damn.
