Every page with another WTF moment. Eye opening. Makes me wonder what it was like being an adult during early post-9/11 times rather than a clueless child.

I thought for the longest time that this book was missing a thesis. What I realized in the last chapters that the fact that the war wasn’t going well and that it was hidden from the public along with the problems with the Afghan government the fraud, the theft coupled with the mistakes that the US made was the thesis. A great book that everyone should read.
