Status Updates From Altered State

I had so much anticipation going into it and I’m honestly a little confused ? there’s just no context to anything? It starts out with Hermione touching this object that catapults her into the past and she immediately just gets a job and starts working to ‘support herself’. You don’t get any context as to what her life is in real time or why she just accepts that she’s never going back home?

Is it just me or is Hermione not freaking out enough that she could possibly be stuck in the past for the rest of her life !?! She’s just like ok time to get a job lol
