Well, that's rather more mundane than I thought it'd be.

This place reminds me of those liminal space pool memes.

I like the feel of going into a very slow-burn story I know nothing about on the outset, then hearing all this vague stuff about curses and fairy-tales, and having absolutely no idea whether they are just stories. Is this just going to be a failed college student's introspection? Or are we going all the way down the rabbit-hole into supernatural (even cosmic) horror?

Whichever, I'm here for it.
