I am not loving the way it is written...I feel that the personal factor doesn't add any valuable information and I would have preferred the book to be more fact written. It gets a bit boring this way, but that is just my personal preference on these kind of books. In overall I think it is a nice book so far and interesting for people who would like to know more about Sake
