Thoughts after reading chapter 7:
- Uuuugh Reo was like “let me tell you the whole story” but then was so vague he gave zero details except to say they met before!! So annoying! And Sumire didn’t even question it further.
- I can’t tell if Reo says he can’t be with Sumire because it’s illegal as she’s underage or if there’s some other unknown reason.
- Kissing her over his hand was unexpectedly cute.

Thoughts after reading chapter 6:
- Rio has a point questioning what Sumire actually likes about him and how she can’t just disregard his past like that.
- THIS GIRL. SHE’S SO BOLD. After all her angry thoughts the only thing she says out loud is “I love you.” like ten times!!
- Ino-whacko haha! This guy is hilarious!
- “Sumire is mine. You can’t have her. She’s my light.” *screaminggg*

Thoughts after reading chapter 5:
- So his grandfather just uses him to sweeten his business partner’s daughter? That’s both sad and wrong.
- Standing up to his grandfather like that—oof, you gotta hand it to Sumire, she’s bold and she doesn’t back down!
- Ouch. Sumire has been rejected before but never in such an outright way. That’s a crushing blow.

Thoughts after reading chapter 4:
- Mao talked way too sensibly for a little kid.
- I’m so glad Sumire was called out about her complete disregard for her own safety because whilst it is admirable to be so forthcoming in pursuing someone, it could be really dangerous. It’s true that she actually knows nothing.
- The hugging as a threat was a softer version of what Kou did in Ao Haru Ride, Vol. 3.

Oh God - A plaid suit, A polka dot jacket, and a shorts-suit with tights all on the same page? What kind of good taste hell does this manga take place in??
