A wonderful story of a teen dealing with the grief of losing his father, worrying about his mother and the spiritual journey he takes looking for his father's ghost after discovering he sees ghosts while spying his grandmother holding court with ghosts in the forest.

So far more details have been given to the reader allowing the initial confusion to lessen. The inner turmoil that the young boy is going through is relatable and allows the reader to empathize with him, without it feeling forced or fake.

I started reading this book becasue it was recommended to me by a friend, and so far I have enjoyed it. There are aspects of the story that have not beeen revealed yet that would make it much easier to understand, such as how/why did his grandmother start summoning ghosts and who the ghosts are. I like the authors writing style overall, but the main character can be frustrating to read about at times.
