This book really sucks the franchise’s dick and it’s obnoxious. The first half was good, the second seemed desperate for things to talk about. Constant comparisons and opinions that bled together. Nothing stood out after a while. Itchy Tasty is the better book. Not sure I’d read part 2 if it is written. Also, it only covers through 2013 reliably. Why is a 2021 edition omitting 8 years of material? Stupid.

The original plot of RE4 was going too far off track with what the Resident Evil franchise was about so developers decided to make it it’s own standalone game: Devil May Cry. No wonder Dante and Leon are so similar.

The GameBoy Color port for the original Resident Evil game failed due to limitations of the console, but was nearly 90% complete before the project was pulled.
