This series takes the term slow burn to a whole other level . And currently I think Edra is being a jerk and they are both being stupid and should just freaking communicate with each other

Man, if these two don't get their shit together soon and keep it that way, I might quit the series. I can't handle this much uncertainty and reluctance. Maybe if I liked Jordan more, but he kind of sucks, I hoped he'd get better by now. Edra is great, of course. But can I make it through another book where they're unhappy? No. I'm very into the world building, though.

I feel invested in the dragons , but I don't see the appeal yet, or the chemistry shall I say, between the 2 MCs.
Not in a "you're my mate" kind of way anyways. Maybe it's because of the super slow burn? Not sure, but it's making this feel like it's taking forever to get into.

They still haven't had sex!?!? And they're still not officially together!? If by the end of this book, they're are not together, I'll stop the series because it'd be a TOO SLOW romance for my taste. Like geez, it's the 2nd book!!
