Status Updates From Devil Venerable Also Wants ...

“You can take me as an inner demon. I won’t force you to believe anymore. Right now, just allow me to say a few words, and just listen to me for a bit. Don’t push me away.”

omg ok it’s happening, everybody stay calm!!!

i really like the premise of this! even though i haven’t progressed much through this one, wenrenjiang has my heart… shu yanyan 👀👀👀😋😋🤤🤤🤤🤤i want to see qingmiao’s character development from a naive girl to something more? maybe something more like her past life self - more powerful and mature

When he was about to bandage them, Yin Hanjiang stopped him. “If my eyes are covered, I won’t be able to see him.”

staaaawp my boy misses his venerable so much 😭😭

ooof, that neck grab… 🥵

Hearing “change the object of her affections” gave Yin Hanjiang pause, and after some thought, he said, “Affections that run deep enough can persist after reincarnation. It’s possible even Meng Po’s soup won’t be able to erase Baili Qingmiao’s obsession.”
“Is that true?” Wenren È glanced at Yin Hanjiang.
“It would be for me,” Yin Hanjiang said resolutely.

“IT WOULD BE FOR ME!!” 😩

“This is how love ought to go. If this Venerable were to fall prey to a love tribulation, and the other party reciprocated, I would keep that person by my side forever. If they had no interest, then I would let them go. What dignity is there in clinging to someone?”

Yin Hanjiang listening attentively 👀

idk

“Next time you try to take a hit for someone, even if there isn’t time to think, at least count down from three in your head before you rush in. You probably can’t manage to think before you act, but you can start by learning to count.”

bahahahha Wenren È is so fucking iconic, i can’t- 😂😂

“He understood all the words and sentences. He could even visualize what was described when they were linked together. But in the end, he just didn’t get it!”

LOL i’ll definitely be using this phrase in the future just because

“When Yin Hanjiang rubbed his cheek against Wenren È’s robe, it was like against his heart.” Like said, I love—love, LOVE—the deranged devotion of YHJ. Bring me there. I wanna go there so bad. I need more.

I really enjoy the relationship between Yin Hanjiang & Wenren E so far. YHJ’s unwavering loyalty for WRE speaks to me like nothing else &, knowing how deranged it gets, I cannot wait to see more of it.

I’m not going into this w/ only romance on my mind, I’ll be favouring the actual plot (obvi), & i’m remaining wary since I know it’s only official at the end.

Still, that love… (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)
