Except that she mentions using pictures of a random girl online to infiltrate a white nationalist dating app.. and girl.. what the hell.. even if you crop it to avoid google reverse search, you're still putting someone else at risk. The author mentions her "trick" a few pages after mentioning military men being found on white nationalist apps and potentially losing their job.......

so far, I am finding this to be startlingly myopic—I want more from this than reports of chat rooms and public history

I am reading this partially to show my mother, who is loving and understanding in many ways but also a massive TERF. I want her to see how low the underbelly of her ideology hangs, and also to understand where my racist father falls into these seedy areas. Unfortunately, I just learned the author is trans, and now I know she won’t take anything he writes seriously.
