Klosterman, much like the conclusions of The Matrix and Vanilla Sky (which he derides), seems to think he is uniquely correct in virtue of choosing the *harder* conclusion. He is the sole critical, pessimistic voice and, in that, his opinions automatically deserve attention. What Klosterman neglects is that his takes have been discussed at length Robert Nozick and his undergraduate philosophy disciples. Unoriginal!

Chuck Klosterman is best enjoyed in short doses. Also redact every mention of women in this book. They add nothing and detract everything.
