the slowest slow burn ever. evan is wild for falling in love with josie meanwhile trying to get revenge on josie’s husband for doing his wife 😭

i usually hate the cheating trope but i feel like it’s a little indirect within this book so far. the partners of the main characters are the ones that cheat but evan is pursuing the man’s wife his wife cheated with for revenge. she seems like a nice woman so it’s sad for him to be trying to manipulate her so he can have sex with her.
