At first I didn’t think I’d like this book, it was slow and I couldn’t really get into it. I didn’t have much of a connection with the FMC as I normally do after starting the series from the beginning, however I was hooked within a few chapters, although I didn’t like that the FMC is practically a druggy for the first half of the book and the MMC was kind of a jerk. Alas I’m almost done 🥳😭😭
