Status Updates From Frieren: más allá del final...

Chapter 7: Heiter is a character I enjoy quite a bit, the corrupt priest bit is funny but as a Christian it does largely make a character I enjoy, he is flawed even if small, his view on Heaven even in the world of a fictional belief system is incredibly real for many people, we don't know everything but that hope and promise is something very special. A promise of Heaven, of love, I just find it beautiful. (*/ω＼*)

Chapter 6: I think this series of events especially in the anime, the time sequence kind of translates oddly, beautiful but it does translate a tad differently. I think for a lot of people this is one of the biggest chances we see, Frieren is taking things slowly, in the past we see her hurrying, leaving the Hero Party to continue her travel as soon as possible yet now but now she's doing something for a fake!

Chapter 5:
27 years after the death of Himmel the Hero. We get to really see all of Fern's work and training, Poor Himmel, and his overprotectiveness, at least Heiter offered his skirt instead?

"I think Master Himmel...believed in
you, Frieren."

Chapter 4: Fern is growing fast! Like a weed!...or a...Fern. (*/ω＼*)
Frieren doing her best to give her a nice birthday is so sweet and such huge character development! I imagine that, given how old she is and how long she'll live, tracking birthdays is hard to figure out or remember. It's rather ironic, given that in traditional European motifs, including German folklore, it represents the soul and transformation!
