I see that as a white mother of BIPOC daughters, I have done them a disservice . I can't change the past but hope my future responses will reflect what I have learned. A must read for all white people who really want to change the conversation to real equality for all.

White priveledge...concept I have never thought about. See now that being white allowed many things that non-white never had the opportunity to experience. Difficult to see how this racism is so embedded into our society that I was blind to it.

Eye opening. As a mother of BIPOC daughters I should have had this information earlier. My hope is that I can learn and be better at socialization.
