I'm in chapter 19 and am so mad how the family is treating the heroine, it makes no sense whatsoever. Why are they so terrible. Generally the book is dragging for me. I cannot stand how much the heroine complains about her body, it is all she ever does that and drinking Dr. Pepper. Did the author get paid for every mention of it? It's in every other sentence, I am so annoyed
