the writing is so dry and nonsensical. the romance is entirely inorganic and brought upon purely by faerie lusting instincts. there is no connection between characters and their personalities. SNOREEEE

i fucking hate the way these books refuse to introduce any of the characters. they just name some random ass faerie mid conversation when there's already a big group of people and I'm expected to remember them based on the one 10 word sentence they said 15 pages ago. really?

doesn't help they have fucking stupid ass names. Bananach? Banana-ch? ur getting called Banana now, dumbass.

starting off strong with a teen girl who lives with her deadbeat gambling dad and her abusive drug-addicted brother who sometimes sells her body to other drug fiends for cash. wanting to get a tattoo for control over her own body, but of courrrrse she picks the tattoo with special faerie powers......

good luck girl ur gonna need it.
