Status Updates From Cruel Illusions

Finished the last 250 pages in the last 1.5 hours—should’ve read it slower but I really wanted to see where it would go—didn’t quite suck me in but it was a rollicking good adventure with unexpected twists and you know I love my male love interests dark and brooding and self-sacrificing

10/10 hospital read as I sat in the waiting room then in the blood draw chair then in the car waiting for my meds. Somewhat topical actually

The story definitely moves but I’m not hooked yet. Girlie is a little petulant for my taste

i don’t get the target audience for this book yet…the love triangle situation feels forced, well, the whole love situation in general! i still wanna read the book cause i‘m nosy what’s about to happen

not an easy start into this one…
