(this book is clean, but the author likes to make sure the readers know the… passion…. that awakens in the characters….. it never goes anywhere tho, at least in the past two books anyway)

I didn't listen to my own advice and now I don't kind of hate Tae. I hate her.

I'm going to have to wait until I'm in a better mood to continue this book.

I liked Tae in Sunburst. I was eager to finish that book so I could get to this one and see more of her and Colt. And now, in the first 20 pages, I kind of hate her. I don't think I've ever lost earned goodwill for a character (the female romantic lead!) so early in a book before. Good job, Mrs. Warren.
