I thought that digital minimalism is for hippies and old people. A couple of chapters into the book I realize I’m actually practicing it to some extent and it makes a lot of sense to be very focused and practical about your digital use.

It’s rlly interesting to hear about technology and manipulation in this book while watching Fallout 🫨

The has been so good! At the end of last year I came to the conclusion that social media was feeding my anxiety so I deleted it and this book has given lots of ideas for a long term changed relationship with technology
