The human animal won’t take a straight diet of any emotion: fear, happiness, horror, grief, or even contentment. It was queer; after the night we’d all spent, breakfast was fun. Did I notice this the first time round, that the main character went to see a movie and it was called Time and Again lol. The very book he was next to write. Complete with the premise and all. Body Snatchers 1955 and Time and Again 1970. Interesting.
