idkwtf is going on. reid's being weird, tries to explain it to charlie with some strange analogy, and idk if charlie understood, but i sure as fuck didn't. currently feeling very meh about this.

wondering how this is so much in their heads, vs action or dialogue, and yet still don't feel like I know either of them, or how there's such a mismatch between how conscious of the dance from the other's perspective reid seems, but oblivious in his own. wondering if books where it works better are narrating with more awareness of the reader, more explanation/history vs just current moment. still good tho.
