Another few outstanding recipes. They have all been easy, fun, and unique, using common ingredients (making it easy to flip through and choose spontaneously) while tasting fresh and unique each time. And it doesn’t even have pictures ;) I also like that every recipe I’ve tried, I’ve divided in half (except when I want it extra saucy), and the portion has always worked
out just right for one!

Outstanding flavors! Made the butter lima bean mint recipe (veganized) and put it on top of the kimchi cheesy corn cornbread (also veganized).
Shockingly good fresh flavours to me! I also like recipes I can adapt to sit and bake for a while because I enjoy reading and a glass of wine while dinner bakes in the evening. Her’s adapt well.
