Especially detestable to me is an underfurnished and scrupulously tidy room. A Majorque, on fabrique, j'en suis sûr, plus de deux mille sorted de mets avec le porc, et au moins deux cents espèces de boudin, assaissonné d'une telle profusion d'ail, de poivre, de piment et d'épices corrosives de tout genre, qu'on y risque la vie à chaque morceau.
