Character has an ‘ESA - Emotional Support Animal’ and is specific it’s an ESA, but talks about being glad he can take his dog everywhere, including restaurants and stores, etc. As a disabled person, it’s incredibly frustrating that the author didn’t research and just used buzzwords. This misrepresents ESAs and harms the disabled community; readers may walk away thinking this is accurate when it isn’t!
