I’ve wanted to read this book for years, knowing our childless life would be made rich by committing deeply to a theology of hospitality. Tonight, listening while cooking for Bible study, I’m a little queasy realizing this isnt the book I thought it would be. She’s comparing being gay to leprosy + “contagion”. Ew! Idk if I will finish this book but I do know if you’re gay you’re welcome at my table.
