Status Updates From The Asparagus Bunch

This was a fascinating chapter. I like learning more about Leon’s mom’s job, and how he got into learning about candy! I haven’t seen many autistic characters have a special interest in food before. I’m intrigued to see what happens next!

That was an interesting chapter. I like Dr. Snot, he seems to be a cool guy. I didn’t expect Leon to infodump on him though. Leon also seems to be quite blunt, and he also seems like he hurts people’s feelings without intending to. I relate to that aspect about his autism, as that was something I did when I was younger. I’m curious to see what happens next!

These chapters were relatively short. So far, I’m enjoying this book. His aversion to change is relatable to me. Though, I don’t understand why Leon calls his mom by her first name instead of just “Mum.” I’m intrigued to see what happens at his appointment with Dr. Snot.

Such a good book, reading the translation. It's superb. High quality of a translation. I also have her second translated book aswell and I wanna read it after this. Mrs Keti is amazing
