Status Updates From Troublemaker

Conflict: Jordan fights at his school in gets in trouble consistently. On page 7 his mom and dad said¨ They are louder now, almost yelling. Are they fighting?¨ This quote supports the idea that his parents know that he fights and is concerned that he might do something at his house. Also on page 10 ¨It´s the first time we have really made eye contact since the Big fight.¨ This shows he had fought before this story.

It gets better towards the end I swear

Its a very good book so far, theres signs of how its feels like to live in a violent world and also hints at racism thats happening where Jordan lives. It also talks about being a disappointment to his parents when his sister is supposedly better.
