This book says some really important things but it has said those important things multiple times in different ways so many times that I think it's losing the point of the book

Is this book great? Yes. However, I have heard the word rest used so many times in the 1.5 hrs I've listened to it so far that it no longer sounds like a real word. Same for grind culture.
