Ugh thinking of DNFing this! I hate when a book says that the female character is strong just so it will show her being weaker than the MMC. For how much he says she is his mates, he belittles her a lot and it never gets addressed. She even apologized to him when he said she was selfish for not protecting the people she had brought up to fear/angry.
