Status Updates From Hidden

The alphas in the book are all about taking care of the omega. So they should care about the omegas mental health, which is not the case. They should care if she feels safe, supported, nurtured. None of that is happening in this book. I find this book DISTURBING.

I’m really questioning whether I want to keep reading this book.

One of the alphas decides to keep her chained up at the house until she learns that she belongs to them. She isn’t given any real choices whether she wants them or that there are other groups. She doesn’t even know that there are choice. She was raised in an isolated cult. She didn’t even know there were males.

I’m finding this book deeply disturbing. An omega that is rescued/kidnapped from a cult and the alphas plan on keeping her trapped in their isolated cabin. They plan on keeping her isolated and completely dependent on them. How is that much different than the cult.
