Chapters 73 thru 84
This section starts with Jacob and his sons at the well that he dug, and eventually, it is at this location where Jesus speaks to the woman at the well. The final chapter speaks of Mary Magdalene traveling in secret to see Mother Mary and learning of her song, The Magnificat, that she spoke when going to see Elizabeth when she was pregnant with John.

Part 8 ~ Invitations - Completed!
Chapters 66 thru 72
This section describes the visit between Jesus and Nicodemus that is written in John 3, after opening with Moses and the staff of the golden serpent. It concludes with the Calling of Matthew.

Part 7 ~ Indescribable Compassion - Completed!
Chapters 56 thru 65
This section depicts some of the miraculous healing that Jesus did in the beginnings of his ministry before he was really known. He healed a leper, as he and the disciples he had at the time were returning from the wedding in Cana, as well as the paralyzed man that was dropped through the roof of a home, which as described here, was Zebedee's home.

This section opens with Jesus talking to the priests in the synagogue when he was 12. The miracle of changing water into wine at the wedding in Cana is the main topic of this section.

06/28/2026: Picking up where I left off last night, after having read Part 1~ Chapter 1 thru a majority of Part 3 ~ Chapter 28.

I am reading the book while listening to it on Audible. Having seen "The Chosen - Season One," as well as the Christmas special, "The Shepherds," the book is adhering well to the shows, or vice-versa.
