She does look like Tinkerbelle.
As a child, I’d always wondered why Peter Pan didn’t just piss off with the hot little fairy and leave the insipid Wendy to be eaten by the crocodile or murdered by Hook. Seemed a no-brainer to me. But looking down now at the thing in my hand, I get it. The fairy was too small to govern, too breakable to fuck or slap sense into.
Peter was better off without her.
