I might turn into a pile of mush far before the story ends but I need to know what happens to Ellwood and Gaunt 😩

There is a glimmer of hope that Maud and Ellwood can be good for each other. They share a love for Gaunt and the loss of him. Both in different ways, but I hope this somehow connects them in a way that benefits them both!!
