Status Updates From Ikigai

I finally got around to reading this book, which I bought last year. This book gives an overview on the Japaense philosphy Ikagi. This book goes over the concept and includes wisdom from folks who have lived a long life ( 100 years+). It covers diet, exercise, and a life approach we can all adopt.
