So far very interesting, and the authors are clearly very passionate about mezcal, but I do wish they would do that without the apparent need to denigrate other spirits. It seems that through chapter 2 at least, every time they talk about the depth and berth of mezcals, it’s in relation to how it’s so much better/more complex than rum or whiskey. It’s off putting and snobby.
