Status Updates From Bolero

The art and the plot is really cool! It’s between a realistic/simple art style, color sequences are nice too (especially the space scene 🪐)! Left off at chapter 3 i think

Okay I'm going to need everyone I know to read this so I can talk about it

I usually have no issue with multiverse stories and while non-linear isn't my favourite form of storytelling, I'm usually competent enough to put the pieces together. But with Bolero, I'm struggling at times to make sense of the narrative, who is doing what, where they are, or what the visuals of the story are trying to tell me.

Really interesting concept and one that I can get behind. Don't know if I love any of the leads but there's room to grow. Some of the dialogue is rough and not connective. Enough breadcrumbs laid that I'm already theorizing potential story beats.
