I don't understand Anders much, and I don't like or care about Claude or Jean. They're both incredibly selfish. And nothing that's happening so far is all that riveting. I'm actually starting to root for the Nazis to invade. At least then, maybe something will happen. 🙈

I'm very close to DNF this. I had my Kindle with me my whole week vacation and didn't one feel the urge to read this. The protagonist is pretty boring even if the story itself isn't; he's so vanilla trying to talk about all these sexual ideas and situations.

Love this as a Dutch! There are certain places in every city where queers will always gather. In Rome it’s the Via San Giovanni, in Madrid it’s Chueca. In Amsterdam, it’s, well Amsterdam. 🤣🤣🤣

An indie published M/M set in Paris just before WWII begins. I found the blurb intriguing and after reading a few pages I actually think that I might like this (a lot). Fingers crossed that it stays that way!!
