Status Updates From Sustainable Mediterranean Diet

Finally one recipe I am not so crazy about, I don't need the meatball experience badly enough to make them out of lentils. But all the others have been wonderful , especially the Creamy Chicken Skillet Supper with Greens- my fussy resident offspring even tried some.

I've read the introduction , good nutrition info that I mostly knew already, which is why I bought this book without "test driving" it from the library first. I am now trying recipes, first two tried were very good.
