Status Updates From The Actor and the Target

I had an audition today and applied these principles, at least the ones I’ve read about. It’s interesting. The work is a lot less internalized and more externalized. I don’t know how to feel about it yet. I got a good result, but I must say, the preparation made me feel awfully guilty because a lot less work was required. The autobiographies were replaced with the simple act of identifying the scripts targets.

This is already one of the greatest books I’ve ever read.

What an introduction! Jeremy Strong swears by this book and he’s a terrific actor, so I feel obliged to soak it all up.
