Status Updates From Ella Minnow Pea

This has been an interesting read thus far. I was struggling to find the motive for the author in writing this, as it’s quite peculiar, but i think i’ve got it now. The beginning of the book wasn’t my favorite but it’s shaping up to be quite emotionally enveloping, and i’m liking it.

I wasn't expecting much of this... maybe an artsy, silly, too pretentious weekend read. I did not expect to be so profoundly uncomfortable in the best way. If anyone wanted to know what it's like existing under an authoritarian regime, I would recommend this. The (metaphorical) accuracy to my experience is startling so far.

Liking the writing style so far. I think this is gonna be fun!
